How much LNG will Neptune be capable of delivering?
The project will be capable of delivering an average of 400 million standard cubic feet per day of natural gas. On very cold days and other periods of high demand, Neptune will be able to increase its delivery rate to 750 million cubic feet of natural gas per day. An LNG tanker’s capacity will be about 3 billion cubic feet (Bcf), or enough to heat about 30,000 homes for a year.
