What is a Dispensation?
A Dispensation allows people carrying out works or services to premises within North Tyneside to park in contravention of a Traffic Regulation Order i.e. yellow lines, limited waiting, permit zone, etc. . A Dispensation will only be granted where the vehicle needs to park as close as possible to the premises and where alternative parking is not available. They are generally not for use on areas with a loading ban (usually indicated by markings on the pavement kerb).
