Nature’s Sunshine Products had a humble beginning–started by Gene & Kristine Hughes in 1972 in the basement of their home. They were the first company to ever put pure herbal products into capsules. Obviously, the idea caught on, and Nature’s Sunshine is the oldest and largest encapsulator of herbs in the world. Their headquarters is in Provo, UT, and their manufacturing facility is in Spanish Fork, UT.
