What will happen to my part-time hours of work if I apply for one of the new positions in the restructured organisational unit?
Wherever possible existing part-time hours and days of work will be maintained, however if you are successful in applying for a different position within the restructure you may be asked to work on different days. A staff member and their manager may, at any time, agree to a part-time or fractional work arrangement that allows staff to find an appropriate balance between work and personal responsibilities.
