Are NQHR horses and ponies free?

Generaly NQHR horses and ponies are NOT free. We are a non profit family run horse rescue and can not afford to pay all the vet, farrier, dentist,transport, feed bills etc to just give the horses/ponies away. Allthough NQHR horses and ponies are not free their adoption fees are kept as low as possible and only cover our expenses. Also generaly free horses/ponies attract people who could not normaly afford to purchase a horse or give them the proper care needed.
