Why won my limewire open?
Be more specific, please. Does it not open at all, or not find stuff when searching. If it won’t open at all, I would assume it is a conflict with another program. Try Ctrl+Shift+Esc and look to see if Limewire.exe is running in the list of processes. I can’t imagine why it wouldn’t open, if that is the problem. Try uninstalling one more time. Once you have uninstalled, Go to Start, Run, Type “regedit” (make sure not to delete or change anything in there except what I mention because it can really screw up your PC), Click the plus sign by Hkey_Local_machine, click the plus sign by Software, and click on Limewire if it is listed in there. Once the word Limewire is highlighted, hit delete key. Once it is deleted, close the registry editor and try reinstalling again. If that still doesn’t work, let me know. Try uninstalling Limewire, uninstall Java, reinstall Limewire and test if it opens. Then reinstall Java. If this doesn’t work, email me so I can clarify the problem with you. I am spec
