How close is the home to Disney?
The home is one of the closests homes to the park in the Kissimmee marketplace. Be wary of other advertisers who will tell you that their home is five minutes from Disney. The truth is that the Disney property is huge and it can easily take 20 minutes to get from one end to the other. This map shows the home’s subdivision relative to the Disney property. We send our guests into the park on a route that is used by Disney Employees and locals. This route bypasses all the traffic on the major roads and interstates and puts you in the park by the Animal Kingdom. From there it is very easy to get to any of the Disney attractions. I honestly believe that I have made it from the parking lot at the Magic Kingdom to my driveway in less time than guests staying at the park can make it from the transportation center to their hotel room!
