Hot water can destroy the minerals in Aloe Vera, bee pollen and royal jelly. Other than that, Vitamin C is not heat resistance. Normally we suggest to uses cold water or luke water to mix the Aloe Minerals Pollen. Metallic substance may cause chemical reaction with minerals, so the uses of metallic spoon or magnetization cup are not encouraged.
