A. KnowEdge eLearning Suite is a web-based application that can be used to conduct training classes on the Internet. A KnowEdge class site can be used from any Internet-enabled computer without having to install any software on the user’s computer. Only a webbrowser preferably IE / Netscape 4 or above is needed. KnowEdge is faster than regular web applications because it runs on a compiled server component. It is also loaded with features which are critical to online learning productivity. No third party authoring tool requiring a steep learning curve is needed in the creation of content. Because the program logic is encapsulated in a compiled server component, updating the functionality of multiple classrooms is much more efficient than regular web applications. Only the compiled server component needs to be updated and all the classrooms that are served from this component are automatically updated.
