How did DISC come about?
DISC reports were borne out of the research of psychologist William Moulton Marston, Ph.D. of Harvard University. Marston’s research was refined, enhanced, and validated by Target Training International’s, Ltd. (TTI) founder and CEO, Bill Bonnstetter. Throughout history, scientists and researchers, from Hippcrates to the groundbreaking psychologist Carl Jung, have observed basic behavioral similarities and now these have been clearly validated by companies such as TTI. DISC Instruments have been developed to assist people in maximizing their personal potential and the potential of their human resources.
