The product label claims that MDF-500 is effective as a fungicide when used as directed on nonporous surfaces. MDF-500 is not registered as a disinfectant / fungicide for porous surfaces. Applicators cannot claim that MDF-500 is disinfecting porous surfaces nor be certain the product is adequately contacting mold on porous materials.
