Why does Cognitone need my address?
When you purchase a software product in the online shop, a billing and shipping address is required to fulfill your order. The same holds true for product downloads (except demos and free downloads, of course). Email addresses are anonymous and do change frequently. Cognitone occasionally sends confidential information by postal mail (e.g. vouchers for upgrades). Please be sure the information you entered is correct. This way we are able to reach you for important notifications even if your email address has changed.
