How to protect my trees from gypsy moth?

0

If they are truly Gypsy moths and not tent worms you can buy two things to control them. One is a sticky substance that you put on the tree trunk that traps them or they won’t cross.Gypsy moths constantly fall out of the tree and have to crawl back up the trunk. There is also a natural fungus that kills only the gypsy moth and doesn’t harm other bugs on the tree. You should be able to get either or both at your local garden center. If you don’t know what they are grab one put it in a jar and take it to the garden center they should have someone that can identify it and tell you the best way to get rid of them.
