Unloaded Origin Tracking?
Unloaded origin tracking is one of the easiest concepts with our program, however often, users find it difficult to update or follow the unloaded origin tracking. Here’s something that may help you in case you become confused on why the unloaded origin is being tracked properly. The most important thing to understand is when Prophesy Dispatch assigns an unloaded origin, it is actually pulling the unloaded origin information from the tractor’s record, and not the driver’s record. So if for some reason the unloaded origin isn’t assigning properly, it can most likely be resolved by verifying the information is correct within the tractor’s master record. Select Maintain>Tractors from the Prophesy Dispatch menu Within the tractor’s master record, in the Current Status section. Verify the Check in Date is correct, and has the correct year as well.
