Sailor Cosmos is Sailor Moon’s last (as far as we know) incarnation. She must power up (with Chibi-Chibi’s help) as Sailor Cosmos to defeat Chaos and free all the true star seeds. She only does this in the manga. I have some pictures of Sailor Cosmos in my image sectio under Delilah’s Favorite Images. It’s the picture of Usagi in the white mini-skirt outfit with the winged shoes. Personally it’s my favorite outfit.
