What is Rapid Storm?
Rapid Storm also referred to as Screened Answer Transfer is also only done in conjunction with a Voice Broadcasting campaign. When a live person answers the phone, rather than transferring the call directly to your call center, we change the message from your voice broadcasting message to a short telemercial which is designed to gage and raise interest in the product or service you are selling. If, at the end of that telemercial, the prospect is interested in finding out more, they are instructed to press “9”. At that point, the call is transferred over to you. The theory behind this method of transfer is that it is not so much that you know the prospect is inclined to talk to you due to the targeting of your data sorts as it is you know that the prospect is interested in talking to you right now.
