What does SHIPPING cost?
Shipping within the U.S. is $6 by UPS for the first book plus $1 for each additional book, or $4 for U.S. Fourth Class plus $1 each additional book. International shipments by surface mail are $6 for the first book, plus $5 for each additional book. We offer a flat shipping rate which is determined by your total order. You can view our simplified shipping chart by clicking here. Any additional services such as liftgate, re-delivery, reconsignment (change of address supplied after the order is in transit) and storage fees, are accessories charged by the shipping company(s), and will be the customer’s responsibility. Wholesale Furniture Brokers cannot take liability for any such charges incurred as a result of customer requests at time of delivery. Should you require these services, please contact our office ahead of time so we can prearrange these accordingly. We ship most of our items using Fed EX ground. The cost of shipping depends on the weight and size of the box. It also depends on where the package is being shipped. We won’t know the exact cost of shipping until the order is packaged and put into the shipping computer. If possible we will send smaller, light-weight items like replacement parts in a small bubble envelope in the mail, and customers will just be charged for the postage. In some cases, the website shipping calculator may overestimate the shipping cost of these small items or multiples of the same item. If that is the case, we will charge the actual, lower shipping cost to your credit card and we will notify you through e-mail if a reduction in the shipping cost has been made.
