FLUXLIST was officially launched April 19, 1996, by Allen Bukoff (allen@fluxus.org), Joe DeMarco (joe@pioneertown.com), Ken Friedman (ken.friedman@bi.no), Dick Higgins (died October 22, 1998), and Jon Van Oast (jon@kzsu.stanford.edu). Malgosia Askanas (ma@panix.com) also become an important part of the early “administration” of FLUXLIST.
