Vycel U has an excellent long term shelf life when blended directly into typical aromatic diiscocyanates given its similar solubility parameter with these types of diisocyanates. Phase separation is always a function of the particular diisocyanate selected and the amount of Vycel U incorporated. While general recommendations can be made, we recommend the shelf life of a specific formulation to be determined empirically.
