Yes! Our philosophy is to hire outstanding, well-rounded people and not all of them come to PwC with a business background or degree. We recruit people from diverse disciplines of study including accounting, economics, arts, science, information technology and engineering. In fact, many of our partners and staff come from non-commerce backgrounds. Academic results are only one part of the assessment process.
