Why Marquette University High School?
Marquette University High School seeks to maintain a student body of approximately 1,050 young men, representing all corners of the Greater Milwaukee Area. With a unique blend of racial, ethnic and social backgrounds our students are well prepared for modern society. Nearly 150 Years of Jesuit Education at MUHS derives from the spirituality of St. Ignatius Loyola, founder of the Jesuits. The 450-year tradition of Ignatian spirituality emphasizes the recognition of God’s presence in all people, places and things. Each year 98 percent of MUHS graduates enroll in a college or university of their choice. Students can receive Advanced Placement college credit in 18 different courses. Over the past five years, MUHS students have enrolled in more than 150 different colleges and universities in the United States and overseas.
