Absolutely! ActiveStealth, the SMARTnode and ActiveStealth accessories are all 100% legal products. ActiveStealth software is a GPS solution, designed to alert drivers to hazard locations. Germany and Switzerland are the only countries in the world which make GPS camera location illegal to use. Some states or other countries have legislation in place governing the use of radar detectors and/or laser jammers. ActiveStealth, the SMARTnode and ActiveStealth accessories are not radar detectors or laser jammers and are therefore all 100% legal. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are aware of and comply with any local legislation regarding the use of any radar detectors or laser jammers that you choose to use on your car. It is also the responsibility of the driver to ensure they drive within the posted speed limit.
