What is the Womens Program about?
The Women’s Program at the Bernstein Institute addresses women’s issues including self-worth, relationships, marriage, and parenting. We also address health concerns such as hormonal imbalance or recovery from breast cancer surgery, and life transitions such as motherhood or stages of menopause. Participation in the program can include individual psychotherapy, Reichian-Myofascial Release therapy, couples or group therapy, and consultation with a network of medical professionals. We will create a customized plan based on your needs and budget.
