Is FinalData a backup program?
A. No. You can tell most data recovery programs are backup programs by inspecting their advertising. Literally, backup programs back up the hard drive and when the original hard drive has problems, the backup drive is used. That is why they use the term “data recovery.” But if the original drive has problems when you backup, the backup data will have the same problems. It is the same for real-time backup. What is dangerous is that a virus due to be activated tomorrow can enter into the backup network and penetrate all firewalls and destroy all the data of thousands of computers connected to the backup network thus causing serious damage. This is the blind spot of the networking and Internet world. Sometimes the vast amount of data is beyond backing up and the backing up process is quite time consuming. But smart companies and organizations back up their data frequently and FinalData will guard their blind side and act as their final line of defense. FinalData is not a back up program.
