How many total semester hours is the DM program?
The DM requires between 48 and 60 semester hours, depending upon the candidate’s prior graduate education. This is because the breadth component of the curriculum consists of courses in certain key management areas, such as finance, international operations, and marketing. Those students who have already taken graduate-level courses in the breadth areas will have to take fewer breadth courses and thus fewer total credits. The number and type of breadth courses required for a student will be determined by the doctoral program office.
