The Wildcat Hill Wastewater Treatment Plant accepts the following wastes from the City of Flagstaff and Coconino County: biosolids (sludge) from nearby wastewater treatment plants, residential septic tanks, river runner waste cans, chemical toilets, restaurant grease, and commercial interceptors (dirt accumulated in car washes).
