Who approves CIL applications?

The Manager of Development Review, under Delegated Authority, approves most CIL applications. If either the applicant or the Ward Councillor does not concur with the conditions of approval, delegated authority can be withdrawn and the item will rise to be decided by Planning and Environment Committee. (See below for information regarding reductions in the payable levy.
