Do I continue obtaining functional measurements if a patient has a recurrence or second primary cancer?

No, once a patient is diagnosed with recurrent breast cancer, or a second primary cancer, you no longer need to obtain functional measurements. This will need to be reported to NSABP on an F-32 form in order for NSABP to change their systems so that they no longer expect FMs on this patient.
