The number of uses a single MCA server can support is entirely dependant on the size of the server. Standard enterprise server class machines can support approximately 8,000 users (see technical spec for server requirement) while large grid-like servers can support significantly more. It is possible to cluster MCA Servers in a farm or via an application load balancer to support millions of users.
