The California Unite to Win plan is designed to help SEIU members win bigger for ourselves and the communities we serve. By uniting locals by industry and employer, we can create new, stronger local unions which can focus greater resources and develop broader strategies to win stronger contracts, build greater political strength, increase our numbers, improve communications so members stay informed and involved, and strengthen our voice in the workplace.
