Why is there a problem with the sprayhead of BioKill® that it can spray?
Please ensure that the nozzle is set to appropriate position(refer to Q1). Occasionally, the sprayhead will be blocked by sediment, so please shake well before use to avoid this problem. If this occurs, please remove the sprayhead and rinse under clear water and do several sprays using clear water to clear the clogging. Replace the sprayhead on the bottle. Shake bottle for approx. 30 seconds. If it still doesn’t work after that, please contact us at 3575-2555 to arrange a replacement sprayhead. Many cases have nothing to do with sprayhead but with sediments that tend to accumulate on the bottom of the container. This needs to be dispersed by thorough shaking or filtering of the contents. If you found the broken sprayhead problem, there may be due to the logistics and warehouse-managing problem. We generously exchange the sprayhead for clients.
