No. Pagans do not worship the Christian Devil or any other devil for that matter. People who choose to worship Satan, the morning star, are considered Satanists. Now, perhaps some satanists consider themselves as pagans. That would mean their main deity would be Lucifer and they associate some of their other practices with pagan aspects.
