What happened to the Flex Plan?
Again, the plan combines the best aspects of the Flex Plan and the Core Plan. If you were a Flex Plan follower, you’ll note that the plan is not drastically different…there’s still an emphasis on tracking and portion control, the weekly POINTS Allowance still gives you room for indulgences. But there is the and helpful concept of Filling Foods, which will help you make wiser food choices; and the concept of Hunger Signals, which will help you avoid overeating. All in all, it’s like the Flex Plan, only with more of an emphasis on healthier choices and hunger awareness.
