Constructing a church building for more ministry can be one of the most exciting times in the life of a church. It can also, however, be a stressful time, including late-night design meetings, financial pressures and keeping congregations excited during the process. One area in which advance planning can help reduce stress is property insurance. Insurance is generally described as a necessary evil in construction.
