You can set up Blackboard sites for non-course related activities. These sites, called “organizational sites,” utilize Blackboard’s content delivery and communication features for groups within the NYU community that do not have an associated course ID number assigned by the registrar (e.g., departmental faculty sites, specific majors, etc.). ITS Blackboard Support creates these sites using a manual process, therefore, adding and maintaining the user enrollment is the responsibility of the site owner.* To complete the request, complete a ITS Blackboard Support Help Request form.
