A diagnostics fee is a $49.00 charge for troubleshooting your plumbing problems. This does not apply if the tech performs the work when he makes the initial visit. (For example: Your hot water heater isn’t heating properly, and we come to troubleshoot the issue. We would test the elements, check the thermostat, etc… if we assess the problem and you tell us to fix it that day, then the fee will not be applied. However, if we assess the problem and do not perform the work that day, there will be a $49.00 charge.
