What is AtoZ Rentals cancellation policy?
We know that your needs and schedules can change, and when this happens we would prefer that you call and cancel, rather than not showing up for the equipment. 48 hours prior to pick up time your card will be charged 50%. This allows us to make the item available to another customer in need of the equipment. Cancellation of items, due to rain, will be be taken into consideration. If equipment has already been picked up or delivered, there will be no refund due to rain.
