What happend to the detiort pistons!!!!!!?
Okay, well I’ll try to sum it up for you without rambling too much lol. * After the playoff exit last year in the Easrtern Conference Finals they fired Flip Saunders and replaced him with rookie coach Michael Curry. * In October they signed Jason Maxiell to a contract extension. * Then in November they traded Antonio McDyess, Cheikh Samb and Chauncey Billups to the Denver Nuggets for Allen Iverson. The Nuggets waived McDyess and we got him back. The motivation for the trade strictly was to clear cap space for 2010. Starting from pretty much day 1 of the Iverson trade the Pistons have failed to find an indentity as a team with Iverson in the lineup. Many players like Rodney Stucket and Rasheed Wallace have been inconsistent this year and Amir Johnson hasn’t developed much this year as planned. The Pistons have been an up and down team most of the year but when they play well they do show signs of the Chauncey days. They tried benching Rip Hamilton, which didn’t work. Fast forward to Feb
