Yes. The Stylus 710’s Macro mode has an operating range of 7.9″ to infinity (wide) and 19.7″ to infinity (telephoto). This means you can shoot a subject as near as 7.9″ when the zoom is set to Wide Angle and as near as 19.7″ (.5 m) away when the zoom is set to Telephoto. To use Macro mode, set the mode dial to any shooting mode except “GUIDE”, and then press the Left arrow on the arrow pad. Use the Up or Down arrows to select the Macro icon (flower).
