How much do IPX Partners Services Cost?
A. Costs vary according to the scope and service needs of each client. Hourly fees are charged for Due Diligence and Business Assessment services and are calculated based on the applicable hourly rates of the partners, analysts, outside experts, and assistants that are required to do the work. Technology Escrow and Management service fees vary depending on the number of software licenses, beneficiaries, and deposits. Because of the unique nature of Business and Technology Continuance engagements, our fee is generally set after we have determined the scope of the engagement and the resources required. However, our desire is to make the situation as advantageous as possible for all parties involved.
