Why do all my Sims have the Name Unknown Unknown?
There can be two Reasons for this Problem. The most common one is that you have selected the Option No meta Information in the Extra Menu. if you uncheck it and restart SimPE, the names should be available. If that did not Fix your Problem, you might want to check that the Folder that contains the Neighborhood Package you have opened also contains the Subfolder Characters. Because that is the location SimPE uses to load the Character Details. Since the EP, this can have another Reason: You have to open the default Neighborhood File to edit your Sims. For example even if they live on the Campus, the University Neighborhood Files contain only unknown Data.
