What is the CSIA Certified Members Program?
The CSIA first introduced their Best Practices and Benchmarks Process in 1997 and later initiated a Certified Member Program in 2001 which “provides manufacturers a tool in evaluating and selecting control and information system integrators”. The Certified Member Program also benefits the system integrator because it establishes a “framework to evaluate and continuously improve their own businesses”.
