Is gas stations agood business?
It depends where you are based and how much taxes you have to pay. One thing you must remember is that gas stations make most of their profits from items thay sell other than fuel.A lot of times you may just break even on your fuel sales.Location is another key factor, Also competition,if you open near a highway, you are more likely to have good trade and can charge higher price for fuel etc, you could have coffee shop, snacks etc. i used to manage a gas station for a few years. Good luck and remember to be successful in any business, you need hard work, persistence and patience, No business is a lottery, it takes a lot of time and effort and only the fittest survive.
