A. Yes. The Master of Vessel must apply for a Hot Work Permit and must attach the company’s own work permit and procedure. The vessel is responsible for its own safety whilst carrying out the hot work. PSB Safety personnel reserve the right to check on the vessel and stop the work if correct safety procedures are not being followed.
