Who Are The FSBO Lawyers?
Each lawyer whom we designate as an “FSBO Lawyer is on our select list of recommended attorneys as a direct consequence of meeting our stringent standards of excellence and review. Every one of our FSBO Lawyers must meet the following requirements. One of our brokers must have personally been involved with them in a professional real estate relationship at three separate times. Each must agree to a minimum reduction of 10% of their standard fee when representing our clients. Each must do at least 100 real estate closings a year. Each must specialize in real estate with an emphasis on real estate closings. Each must have been a practicing attorney in the State of Illinois for at least 15 years. Each must be in good standing with the State of Illinois. Each must not be subject to any disciplinary commission proceedings, inquiries or investigations.
