Who runs the dairy farm?
The farm business management is overseen by our native staff. However, a secondary benefit of the dairy farm is its stimulation of the local economy in creation of jobs for the poor. We have some hands that are experienced dairy farm hands. We have brought on other unemployed locals by recommendation of local pastors who have vouched for their willingness to become apprentices under our more experienced hands.
