How much does a pound of feathers weigh?
To nitpick (we all love to do that) very accurate weight measurements (for example in a lab) must be taken in a total vacuum or otherwise compensated for the bouyancy of air. For example how much does a hot air balloon weigh? It depends on whether it is cold on the ground or hot in the air; where it would have negative weight. So a pound of feathers weighs the same as a pound of bricks if weighed in a vacuum because their densities (weight per volume) are greatly different. But only you know if this was a trick question. Good luck.
