How is the money spent?
Each year the Band Boosters Executive Board (President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer and Band Directors) meet to determine the needs for the upcoming year. A budget is then developed and presented to the general membership at the first official Band Booster meeting for approval. The budget line items include dollars for scholarships (over $2,600) per year, awards, certificates, and recognition dinners for high school bane members, recognition pizza parties for middle school band members, concert expenses, musician clinics, seminars, special instructors, instruments and equipment for the band and color guard among other things.
