What Items Are Returnable?
“Non-intimate” items (necklaces, watch chains, keychains, brooches, etc.) can be easily cleaned and resold, so we can accept returns on those items for exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase. Fabric chokers, hosiery, garters, gloves, hats, and unpainted wooden hair accessories are considered “intimate apparel” because they are made from porous materials which come in very close contact with hair and skin, and easily absorb cosmetics, perfume, bacteria, parasites, allergens, etc. which are harmful to other people – federal health regulations prohibit them from being resold, so they MUST be final sale.
