Farm Management concept is connoted from a well known organization who gathers the coastal people and teach them how to do seaweed cultivation in the early sixties. In their concept, their focus is to get the families of the coastal populace who are mostly fishing families to do cultivation in small plot of sea area to subsidize their income from fishing.
